We’ve Been Field Proven.
Deploying unique media strategies to empower multi-state public awareness efforts.
Wild Tail is a full-length conservation documentary produced for the Southeast Deer Partnership and National Deer Association, designed to reach non-hunter audiences across 13 states on a $300,000 budget. Facing the challenge of communicating the importance of white-tailed deer hunting to a largely urbanized population, the campaign deployed a multi-state public awareness strategy combining documentary film production, event planning, and digital media distribution, resulting in a film narrated by country music star Dustin Lynch that reached #30 on iTunes top documentary charts, accumulated nearly 8,000 purchases across platforms including Amazon and Google Play, and generated over 3 million impressions through a supporting public education campaign and partner toolkit. This project demonstrates how conservation organizations and wildlife management agencies can use evergreen video content strategy, multi-platform digital distribution, and audience-first messaging to shift public perception on politically sensitive topics, producing measurable results that continue long after paid media budgets are exhausted, and offering a replicable model for any nonprofit or wildlife management organization asking how to run an effective public awareness campaign across multiple states with a limited budget.
